Appointment Policies
LATE POLICY. We totally understand that life happens! However, if you’re running more than 15 minutes behind, we may need to consider your appointment a "no-show" and reschedule to ensure we have enough time to give you the best service. If you’re late more than once, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit to book your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY. We ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. We completely understand that emergencies pop up, but providing notice helps us respect our stylists’ time and offer the spot to another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. While we always strive to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, we also need to respect our stylists' time. Repeat cancellations may result in being restricted from booking future appointments.
NO SHOW POLICY: A client is considered a "no show" if they do not arrive to the scheduled appointment or if they are more than 15 minutes late. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from booking any future appointments.
Color Policies
All hair is different. No one can ever 100% guarantee how your hair will react in any service. Please be upfront about all previous services as this will affect the way we go about your service today. Even with that information, hair can be stubborn, so please be patient.
Your hair is a big investment, and it should be. Please be aware that depending on what you want, achieving your desired look can be a lengthy and pricey process. A lot of time, we are working through old hair services and that means correcting your hair before we can proceed.
The integrity of your hair comes first. We want you to have your dream hair but not at the cost of losing the integrity of your hair. This may mean coming in for 1-3 sessions, treatments, etc to achieve your desired look. In some cases, your desired look just may not be reachable. We reserve the right to decline any service in our professional opinion. With that said, any chemical or lightening service can cause damage. The texture of your hair may not be what you are used to following your service. Please be aware that ANY lightening service can cause mild damage and it is crucial that you use the follow-up care instructions given by your stylist. This will include a list of professional products. Please note that we CANNOT guarantee the longevity of your color or the condition of your hair unless you are strictly using professional products recommended by your stylist.
Knowing that, we cannot guarantee any desired look, but we will do our absolute best to achieve the color and style you are looking for.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS. We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let us know within 7 days after your visit and we will be happy to have you come in for a complimentary service adjustment, at the discretion of the stylist.
Child Policy
We believe that all of our guests deserve have a relaxing salon experience so we kindly ask that you leave the kids at home or arrange for childcare during your appointment. We understand this may be an inconvenience and we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment or plan your appointment for a time that works best for you. Due to the dangerous nature of sharp shears, hot tools, and chemicals within the salon environment we do not service any child under the age of 13 and we ask that only those receiving services in-salon be present during appointment times.
