We offer complimentary Perfecting Sessions to adjust or refine the original scope of work. Perfecting Sessions are designed to tweak the agreed-upon goal, not accommodate a complete change of mind or new look. All hair services are non-refundable.

The health and structural integrity of your hair will always be our highest priority. If achieving your target look risks damaging your hair, we will adapt our approach. This may involve building your transformation across 1 to 3 gradual sessions or starting with restorative treatments. To protect your hair, we reserve the right to decline any service that compromises its structural integrity.Chemical and lightening processes naturally alter the hair structure, which can lead to mild wear or subtle changes in hair texture. While we take every professional precaution during your service, maintaining your investment requires a joint effort. Following your stylist's aftercare plan and using recommended professional products is vital to protecting your hair's strength and color longevity. Please note that we cannot guarantee color retention or hair health if non-professional products are used at home.Because every head of hair reacts uniquely to chemical services, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. However, our team will always bring our full expertise, transparency, and care to help you safely achieve your hair goals.

For safety considerations and to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, children who are not actively receiving a service must stay at home during your appointment. We service guests ages 13 and older.

A $1.50 environmental fee is added to each service. This goes directly toward our recycling and sustainable disposal costs through our Green Circle Salons partnership so we can recycle our hair clippings, foil, gloves, color waste, all of it. It's small but it adds up to something meaningful.
