How you get paid.

Your Base
Every stylist earns an hourly rate regardless of how full your column is. You’re never starting from zero. The base is your foundation and your commission builds on top of it.

Commission
Commission is earned on all services with no cap on what you can make. Retail commission is earned on every product you sell. Your income grows directly with your clientele and your consistency.

Bonuses & Growth
Wellness bonuses, income club milestones, education reimbursement, and mentor or educator pay at the Specialist level. All of it is documented, reviewed quarterly, and tied to clear benchmarks you can actually hit.
