Standard Schedule
Our full-time stylists work four days and average 32 hours per week, with every other Saturday off. We believe in sustainable careers, and that starts with sustainable schedules. Of course, we are always open to exploring 2 or 3-day schedules for the stylists who need more flexibility!

Is this a commission only position?
No. Your hourly base is your floor, not your ceiling. Commission builds on top of that as you grow.
Do I need color experience to apply?
This role is focused on cutting. If you love color too, we'd love to hear about that, but a strong cutting foundation is what we're looking for first.
